Flowtech Headers are the perfect combination of quality and value. This shorty header fits the popular 1964-1/2 to 1973 Ford Mustang, Falcon, Fairlane, Torino, Ranchero, Comet, Cyclone and Montego V8-289/302/5.0L.
Features:
- High flow, mandrel-bent tubes provide consistent tubing diameters for smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity
- Heavy duty tubing and high quality welds for increased strength and durability
- Smooth transition, 1-5/8” diameter primary tubes are used for increased exhaust flow increasing performance, improving throttle response and broadening the torque curve
- 2-1/2” collector used for high tuck design and maximum exhaust component clearance
- Machined 3/8” header flange for a leak-free seal and maximum strength
- Premium aluminum header gaskets and installation hardware included
- Coated in Silver Metallic Ceramic Coating for increased exhaust velocity and decreased underhood temperatures while providing an awesome underhood look
- Shorty header design with rear exit location is perfect for lowered vehicles where maximum ground clearance and fitment is critical

Fitment Notes:
- Does not fit Dart/Windsor heads
- Does not fit models with C-6 transmissions
- Does not fit 1971-1973 Mustang/Cougar’s with manual transmissions
- For 1964-1966 models the center to center distance between shock towers needs to be at a minimum of 34 7/16-inches
