Product Notes

• In order to operate the EcuTek Phone Flash software and vehicle interface, you must have a Bluetooth and network (mobile or wifi) enabled Android or Apple device. Phone and laptop depicted in marketing photos are not included.
• The AMS Performance Nissan Z Custom ECU Calibration Service is available for all sub-models of Nissan Z, including Proto, Sport, and Performance, and is compatible with either manual or automatic transmissions.
• EcuTek software for the 2023+ Nissan Z is still in its development phase, and thus has a number of bugs and/or feature sets which have not yet been implemented by EcuTek. Below is a list of common issues you may experience during tuning, which AMS Performance will not be able to implement or update until EcuTek updates their software:
  – No EcuTek boost-by-gear, or gear reported, on manual transmission Z cars
  – Incorrect reported gear on some automatic transmission Z cars, causing boost target errors
  – Automatic Z cars require disconnecting of the ECU for 60 seconds after every flash
  – Automatic Z cars map switching when in park or neutral will cause limp mode and codes in TCM
  – No EcuTek launch control for manual transmission Z cars
  – No EcuTek flat foot shifting/no-lift to shift support for manual transmission Z cars
  – No EcuTek launch control on some automatic transmission Z cars
  – Some logging variables are inoperable
