Rebel XD Series 409 SS DPF-Back Exhaust System with Dual Side Exit (49-43102-B) by aFe. Exhaust System Type: DPF-Back. Exhaust Tubing Material: 409 SS. Main Tubing Diameter: 4″. Exhaust System Sound: Aggressive / Loud. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. High quality band clamps are included for a complete 360 degree sealing surface. OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. This Rebel XD Series exhaust system is constructed of 4″ mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. Finishing off the exhaust are 5″ diameter, Hi-Temp black, stainless steel straight cut tips with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
